What we collect when you ask us for a machine, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

We only collect what you type into our request form. That is your business name, the address or ZIP of the location, the type of location, roughly how many people are on site, which products interest you, and your name, email address, and phone number. Any comments you add are collected as well.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as California defines it.
To contact you about your request, arrange a site visit, and recommend the right equipment. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Form submissions are delivered to AI Vending Labs by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The message is sent to our company inbox and stored there the way ordinary business email is. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve the pages you view.
We use a privacy-focused analytics script to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not build advertising profiles and we do not sell what it records.
We have never sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not intend to. We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf.
Lead emails are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@aivendinglabs.com and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
